The culture within your workplace is an important part in employee engagement and satisfaction. When you notice signs such as a reluctance to be open and honest about work, a sense of mistrust and secrecy, boredom and disengagement, it suggests your organisation's culture is not working to your advantage.
In this powerful, interactive and experiential workshop, you have the opportunity to identify the type of culture, mostly expressed as attitudes and behaviour, that are detrimental to your business. Identifying them is only the first step towards addressing them. Then you get to discover your edge when it comes to changing the culture.
In our competitive world, doing what you've always done may no longer serve the business.
The Speaker: Abe Moses
Abe comes with a background of 22 years of consulting for quality and continuous improvement. His motivation arises from his desire “to make a difference” in today's world. His approach is to engage, listen, coach, influence and mentor people towards achieving their highest potential. He brings an awareness of the creative capacity within the business and progressively empowers leaders towards sustainable excellence. Abe has worked as a GM, and Director of Quality and Training. He brings a wide experience in different levels of relationships.
By attending this workshop, leaders will experience the ways that a culture can be improved by implementing Abe's “Radical Workplace Communication” methods. Holding leaders and the collective accountable for specific ways to communicate, will allow Authentic Workplace Relationships to develop. You will find ways that will enable you to effectively and authentically lead others at work.
Instilling a higher level of trust by embracing vulnerability and openness benefits all stakeholders, especially employees, customers and suppliers - and therefore your bottom line. You will build capacity, increase the business capability by aligning to its mission, purpose and values - because you as a leader do! Employees will become more productive as they feel valued and acknowledged. Morale will be boosted and workplace relationships between yourself and your employees will be enhanced.
This workshop is targeted, towards small to medium business owners, leaders, managers, who have employees reporting directly to them. You may have recently taken over a new team, joined a new organisation in a leadership role, or made the decision to scale up and employ additional staff.
