Abe comes with a background of 22 years of consulting for quality and continuous improvement. His motivation arises from his desire “to make a difference” in today's world. His approach is to engage, listen, coach, influence and mentor people towards achieving their highest potential. He brings an awareness of the creative capacity within the business and progressively empowers leaders towards sustainable excellence. Abe has worked as a GM, and Director of Quality and Training. He brings a wide experience in different levels of relationships.

Holding leaders and the collective accountable for specific ways to communicate, will allow Authentic Workplace Relationships to develop. You will find ways that will enable you to effectively and authentically lead others at work.
